Participation constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Legends of Norrath Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") August 14, 2008 and ends at 11:50 p.m. PDT on October 15, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sony Online Entertainment LLC, 8928 Terman Court, San Diego, CA 92121 ("Sponsor"). Entries received after Sweepstakes Period will not be judged. Winners will be announced on or about October 22, 2008.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, all other U.S. and all foreign territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry in order to participate. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must attend the Gen Con Indy 2008 trade show at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana (100 South Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225) from August 14-17, 2008. Sponsor will make available to each attendee, either through the promotional show bag each attendee receives upon valid entry into the trade show or by visiting Sponsor's booth (booth #929), a 5" x 7" card which describes this Sweepstakes and includes an exclusive, unique code and a website address where the attendee may download the Legends of Norrath digital trading card game software client at no cost. To use the Legends of Norrath game software and enter this Sweepstakes, participants must have a valid Station Account (Station Accounts can be created at www.station.com). If you already have a Station Account, please update your Station Account to reflect your current and accurate contact information. Sponsor will use the email address associated with the winners' Station Accounts to contact the winners. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate, mistaken, false, misleading or illegible information. After creating a Station Account, download the Legends of Norrath software and redeem the code when prompted to do so (code can be redeemed by typing /redeem in the Legends of Norrath client chat box). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with the Legends of Norrath User Agreement and Software License, Station Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other Legends of Norrath rules, regulations, and policies. Participants not complying with these requirements will be disqualified. Each code is unique, may only be used once and may not be shared, transferred or sold and will expire on October 16, 2008. Upon valid redemption of the code, each participant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, one (1) Legends of Norrath Oathbound digital starter deck and two (2) Legends of Norrath Oathbound digital booster packs (all such starter deck and booster pack cards are non-tradeable and non-transferable). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person.

Selection of Winners: A total of sixteen (16) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period based on unique codes validly redeemed as described herein, to be held on or about October 22, 2008 at the office of Sponsor. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received. Following the Sweepstakes Period, on or about October 26, 2008, Sponsor will announce the Winners at www.legendsofnorrath.com.

Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or email address that submits multiple entries or attempts to redeem multiple codes or attempts to redeem one code more than once. Any use of robotic, automatic, or programmed entries, or any entries submitted by agencies, other third parties, or through other unapproved methods are void.

Description of Prizes: In accordance with the terms set forth herein, and subject to the verification of eligibility of prospective winners, the prizes are as follows. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. Grand Prize consists of: one (1) Alienware Area-51� m15x notebook computer (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is US$2,449.00). Fifteen (15) First Prize winners will be selected. First Prize consists of: one (1) Legends of Norrath digital trading card game booster pack (ARV of each First Prize is $99.99). Total value of all First Prizes is $1,499.85). Total ARV of all prizes is: US$3,948.85. Limit one (1) prize per person.

General Limitations for all prizes: No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winners. Up to sixteen (16) prizes will be awarded. The potential winner(s) will be notified by e-mail or first class mail within five (5) business days of the conclusion of the judging. Each potential winner will have five (5) business days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail or by U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification. Prizes will be delivered within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of verification/confirmation of winners.

Requirements of Winners: Potential winner(s) of prizes are required to sign and return releases of liability, declarations of eligibility, and where lawful, publicity consent agreements, within five (5) days of acknowledged notification. By agreeing to accept and/or use a prize, winners agrees to the use of his or her name, voice and/or likeness, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible (under these rules or due to a failure to comply with any of the other applicable policies, licenses, rules, and terms of service), fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed releases/agreements as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be selected.

General Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Sponsor or its licensors, its and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, and assigns, and all prize providers (the "Released Parties") be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, even if any or all of the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to his/her participation in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person, entry, or e-mail address that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and prize providers, and the respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of each, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due entries, notices, releases, forms, affidavits, or other correspondence; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes or arising from the participant's access to and use of the Internet site http://www.station.sony.com (and all related websites of Sponsor, including http://www.station.sony.com) and Legends of Norrath digital trading card game, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent permitted by law; or (vi) any errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Disputes: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all actions or proceedings related to the Sweepstakes shall be exclusively brought in the County of San Diego, State of California (if under state law) or the Southern District of California (if under Federal law), and the parties agree not to raise in connection therewith, and hereby waive, any defenses based upon the venue, the inconvenience of the forum, the lack of personal jurisdiction, the sufficiency of service of process or the like in any such action or suit brought in the State of California.

Winners List and Official Rules: A winners list will be posted on the web site at www.legendsofnorrath.com, on the World Wide Web at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Requests must be received no later than January 31, 2009.
